Inventory Control Specialist

Warehouse Associate

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20/hr.

Location: Denver, CO, 80239

Experience: 6+ Months

Job Summary: The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing outgoing shipments. This includes picking, packing, labeling and preparing orders for shipment. The role also involves maintaining a clean and organized shipping area and ensuring all shipments meet company standards.

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Keep our warehouse organized, clean, and safe, ensuring efficiency every day.
• Assist with cycle counts, rotating stock, and managing damaged or lost materials.
• Safely pick, palletize, and stage products for timely shipments.
• Accurately receive, label, and inspect incoming products for quality assurance.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and high lifts safely (training provided).
• Assist walk-in customers with counter sales and ensure their needs are met.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Help train new hires and contribute to a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• A positive, proactive mindset with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A strong dedication to safety and quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00
