Inventory Control Specialist

Staffmark is hiring Warehouse Associates in Aurora, CO! Join a dynamic team supporting the inbound and outbound handling of oversized furniture and home goods. This hands-on role involves material handling, light assembly, and product inspection to ensure every order leaves the facility in top condition.
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM
Pay: $18.00/hour
Responsibilities:
Load and unload trailers using manual pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks (no powered equipment).
Perform tasks: inspect products for damage (e.g., cracked countertops, scratches) and complete light assembly such as attaching chair legs.
Wrap and package products using Wayfair-branded blankets and shrink wrap for protection.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace following safety standards.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and handle products with care to prevent damage.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goals.

Requirements:
Ability to lift and move large items up to 75 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
