Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team and help us provide exceptional patient care. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:

* Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
* Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.
* Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments.
* Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.
* Maintain and update patient records accurately.
* Assist with insurance verification and documentation.
* Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow.
* Perform general administrative duties including filing, faxing, and scanning.
* Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical receptionist or front desk role.
* Familiarity with EPIC preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
Job Details:

* Pay: $22 - $27/hr. based on related experience.
* Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7.5 hour shift within the hours of operation (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | 37.5 hours/week
* Pay Cycle: Weekly | Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered
* Parking: Employees are responsible for parking; various lot options available at different price points.
