Customer Service Representative
PrideStaff is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing client in the University Park, IL area. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE position, and a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is interested in learning a multitude of responsibilities within an office environment. Tons of opportunity for growth!
1st shift- 8:00am-4:30pm
$18/hr
You will perform clerical and administrative functions and provide support in various roles, including but not limited to:
- Customer service
- Human Resources
- Accounting
- Data entry
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with various departments to ensure tasks are completed timely
- Answer inbound calls and inquiries from customers, clients, and guests
- Greet and assist onsite personnel
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Utilize computer software such as Microsoft Office (Excel) to input and share data
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Assist with basic office duties such as faxing, filing, copying, etc.
- Perform all other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer and typing skills
- MUST be dependable and have excellent attendance!
