Receptionist

Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be part of the front office team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Answer telephone calls and make proper connections to personnel in the office.
Assist in placing outgoing calls and intra-system calls.
Provide routine information to callers and visitors.
Record and transmit messages efficiently.
Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required.
General knowledge of simple administrative office routines and use of office equipment.
Ability to interact with the public, either on the telephone or in personal contact.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to sit in one location for extended periods of time.
