Trillium Staffing Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant is the first point of contact for all walk-in traffic and incoming phone calls.

Additional duties and responsibilities will include:

• Assisting applicants through the application and onboarding process.
• Calling candidates to follow-up on job interests, applications, and onboarding paperwork.
• Completing reference checks, employee check-ins, I-9s, and checklists.
• Assigning and monitoring state required training.
• Supporting the payroll department by assisting with the weekly processing of field staff payroll.
• Administering pre-employment drug screens.
• Tracking and ordering supplies for the office as needed.
• Maintaining accurate electronic records.
• Performing other related duties and projects as assigned.

This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay will range from $17-$19/hour based on experience.

Qualifications:

• High School education or GED is required for this position.
• Previous administrative assistant experience and/or 2 years of related experience in a service industry.
• Experience with MS Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
