Warehouse Coordinator

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Duration: 03 months(10/24/2025 to 2/3/2026 )
Location: 1429 Boulder Blvd Valmeyer, IL 62295

Start Date: ASAP
Assignment Length: 90 days (NOT temp to hire, but potential for conversion after 3months)
Location Details: 100% ONSITE IN A COLD ENVIRONMENT

Schedule Details:
1. Monday through Friday 7:00-3:30 PM
3. OT as needed
Please note the expectation to work until the tasks have been completed for the day, rather than hard-stop end time. As an example if 5pm comes and there is still work to be completed, expects worker to sometimes stay to complete required daily tasks.

Job Responsibility:

Preferred Minumum 1 Year Forklift (Standup) Experience Should Be Demonstrated In Work History****
This position is a member of the location warehouse team responsible for order pulling, inbound receiving, housekeeping and other warehouse tasks.
This role is also responsible for working closely with the team and supervisor to ensure all assigned tasks are done timely and accurately. The role requires excellent communication skills, sense of urgency, and consistent timely follow up.
50% order selecting, put away and scanning; 40% - Housekeeping; 10%- Other warehouse tasks.
Keen sense of safety and to abide by all safety rules and regulations. Equipment operating (reach truck [certified] and pallet Jack); Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.

*Candidate required to provide their own steel toe shoes. Dress code is jeans (no rips, tears, etc.) and hoodless sweatshirt, recommended. will provide necessary cold weather gear (coat/hat/gloves)

Requirements:
1. Standup forklift experience PREFERRED
2. Ability to lift up to 100lbs unassisted
3. Must be able to work in a cold environment CONSISTENTLY - 32/0 degrees
4. Minimum HS education or equivalent

Onboarding:
1. Background screen required
2. Drug Test requried
3. Complete Medical Questionaire

Interviews/Candidate Selection:
1. Top candidate(s) will be asked to come onsite for a facility tour prior to an offer being extended.
