Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday
Shifts Available:
- 8:00 AM 6:30 PM
- 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
- 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinators to join our team in Elk Grove. This role focuses on inspecting and packing car parts, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities
Computer Skills:
- Input and organize data using Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and other tools.
- Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, invoices, and delivery confirmations.
- Manage email distributions, contacts, and tasks in Outlook.
Inspection & Packing:
- Inspect car parts received from suppliers to ensure they meet customer quality standards.
- Use measurement tools for precise inspections.
- Record inspection results in quality databases.
- Prepare boxes and securely pack car parts.
Quality Assurance & Control:
- Ensure products meet quality and customer specifications.
- Identify and report defects or non-conformities.
- Assist equipment operators with wrapping, weighing, and preparing packages.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain detailed inspection records.
- Complete electronic documentation accurately.
Team Commitment:
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures.
- Team-oriented and proactive in suggesting improvements.
- Flexible to assist other departments and learn new processes.
