3W is a 35-bed MS/Tele unit with a busy adult patient population. Nurses manage a broad spectrum of medical and telemetry patients. The unit supports a 1:7 nurse-to-patient ratio and uses Epic for documentation. Floating to other similar units is required. Strong IV therapy and telemetry skills are essential. First-time travelers are welcome. General orientation begins on Sundays and includes online modules and on-site training.

• Licensure: Active TN RN License or Compact License – Required (License in hand at submission)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years MS/Tele experience – Required
• Patient Ratio Experience: Comfortable with 1:7 ratio – Required
• Travel Experience: Not Required (First-time travelers accepted)
• Teaching Hospital Experience: Preferred
• Local Radius Rule: Locals within 100 miles – Not Accepted
