Experience

24 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

Must have at least 24 months of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience with 12 months within the past 3 months.

3 months of experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements

Candidates must have a California license (required for submission).

This role will require floating to multiple units.

Local & travel allowed.

COVID vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

COVID booster required for submission. Declinations not accepted.

Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

12 months between Staff at Program: Stability Healthcare Program - Adventist Health.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your onboarding process.

Additional Details
An interview may not be available prior to offer. Travelers may float at any time between units and mid-shift to meet the needs of the patients and Client Facilities. Facilities are not accepting holiday RTO at this time - no holiday RTO requests will be allowed for submission. You can discuss with leadership once onsite for consideration.

Hospital Fire and Life Safety.

Preferred Credentials

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Special Requests

Must be able to start within 4 weeks of receiving an offer.

5 days maximum time off. Facility holidays: 01/01/2025, 05/26/2025, 07/04/2025, 09/01/2025, 11/27/2025, 12/25/2025. Number of holidays allowed off: 0. Start assignment restriction: 7 days.

2 references from any number of months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission.
