FASTSIGNS is seeking a Production Specialist to join our creative, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll produce and assemble a wide variety of custom sign and graphic products for businesses, using state-of-the-art equipment. Key Responsibilities

As a Production Specialist, you will:

• Cut printed graphics using wall cutters, saws, X-Acto knives, and other tools

• Apply vinyl and printed graphics to substrates with precision and accuracy

• Assemble and finish sign products for various business applications

• Follow work orders closely to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met

• Assist with installations on vehicles, building interiors, and exteriors (using ladders or lift systems)

• Maintain equipment and workspace in clean, working condition

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Willingness to learn new tools and techniques (training provided)

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks, including ladder use

• Comfort using cutting tools and light power equipment

• Previous production or sign-making experience (preferred, but not required)
