FASTSIGNS of South Charleston is seeking a Sign Production Specialist to join our team! Key Responsibilities

As a Sign Production Specialist, you will:

• Follow layouts to place computer-cut vinyl or full-color graphics on a variety of substrates

• Prepare substrates (cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.) for application

• Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, using techniques suited to the material and complexity

• Operate and maintain wide-format printers and related equipment

• Perform finishing operations such as laminating, mounting, and trimming printed pieces

• Conduct quality checks before and after production to ensure accuracy and high standards

• Report inventory levels and request restocks as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and storage areas

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1–2 years of sign production or related experience (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to stand for extended periods (4+ hours)

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds

• Comfort working over waist-high tables with repetitive hand motions

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Basic skills with light power equipment and production tools
