What You Bring:

1+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting

Experience with patient scheduling, insurance verification, data entry, and multi-line phone systems

Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

Great communication and people skills

What You'll Do:

Greet guests and manage incoming calls

Help with scheduling, filing, and everyday admin tasks

Keep the front desk clean, organized, and welcoming

Support the team with general office duties

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors with a warm, professional welcome and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

Answer and route incoming calls and emails promptly and courteously.

Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars.

Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.

Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document handling.

Assist with ordering office supplies and monitoring inventory levels.

Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
