Facility Customer Care Agent

Put your data entry and customer service skills to work in a rewarding temp-to-hire opportunity! Staffmark is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a reputable local company. If you're detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and eager to grow your career, we want to hear from you.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $18 - $20/hr

What You'll Do:

* Accurately enter customer purchase orders and quotes by the end of the business day
* Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
* Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
* Identify and report product or process issues, suggesting improvements
* Provide excellent customer service in a supportive work environment
* Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

* Customer service and order entry experience
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving product issues
* Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
