• We are hiring an Administrative Assistant in Houston, TX.

• Job Responsibilities include providing general office support, answering phones, organizing files, preparing documents, collecting mail & packages, and other various office tasks.
• This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills.
• Microsoft Outlook and Teams experience preferred.
• Pre-employment requirements are to be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• You must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication.
• You must pass all required background and drug screenings.
• We are looking for a candidate with 1-4 years' experience.
