The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing higher level clinical support to the health care team by providing superior nursing care services to patients in accordance with established R.N. job standards, policies, and procedures.

Work Hours/Shift:

• Work site will be Urogynecology Chicopee location - 444 Montgomery Street, Chicopee, MA 01020
• Training will be at main location in Bloomfield, CT
• Monday through Friday in office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: Current Massachusetts and Connecticut RN license required so coverage can be provided at Bloomfield location if needed. CPR required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification preferred.
• Training: Learning how to do urodynamic testing - must be able to bend and squat for periods of time.
• Experience: Competent in a Windows-based computer system. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. Multi-tasking, problem solving and decision-making skills required. Ability to organize, analyze and interpret clinical data. High level of dependability and accuracy required.
• Flexibility to meet the coverage needs of the department.
• Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks

Preferred skills:

• Certification: National certification in area of specialty
• Experience: Three (3) to four (4) years of related clinical and/or hospital experience, or previous experience in a hospital or ambulatory care setting preferred.
