Administrative Assistant

Our client, a dynamic organization in the Anderson, SC area, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an essential part of the support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title:  Part Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Anderson, SC

Pay Range:  $14hr

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday, Wednesday, Friday

What's the Job?

• Serving as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting visitors
• Managing the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
• Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the workspace is organized

What's Needed?

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic proficiency with office software and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
