We seek an Administrative Assistant to join our team and work directly with the Hilton Head Island, SC owner. This is an exciting opportunity to support the owner and contribute to our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the owner's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and client meetings.
• Assist with activities, including lead generation, follow-up, and customer communication.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, estimates, orders, and other documents.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Provide administrative support to the owner and other team members as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Office suite software systems.
• Ability to learn software applications easily is a plus.
• Excellent communication by phone and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good spelling is essential.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year.
