Job Summary:

* Inbound Calls no sales calls or cold calling

* Pre-Sales Assistance

* Assist with things like

* Answer questions about products from our catalogs and help screens

* Enter orders - sample swatches, quotes, new orders

* Post-Sales Assistance

* Assist with things like

* Status updates/order tracking

* Troubleshooting using available guides

* Enter orders parts, repair, remakes

* Issue credits

Requirements:

• * High School Diploma required
• * Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)
