Job Title: Mechanial Tech : pay $20 per hour: Liverpool, NY

We are seeking a hands-on

Mechanical Technician

who is confident and capable in the

installation of materials

and

skilled in the use of power tools

. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality mechanical work.

Key Responsibilities:

Install mechanical components, systems, and materials according to specifications and blueprints

Operate a variety of power tools and hand tools safely and effectively

Assist with assembly, fabrication, and maintenance of mechanical systems

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to complete projects on time

Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet required standards

Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise

Qualifications:

Previous experience in mechanical installation or a related field preferred

Comfortable using power tools (e.g., drills, saws, grinders, impact wrenches)

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or schematics is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training a plus

Work Environment

You will be working inside an Amazon facility, a large warehouse with many moving parts. Collaborate with PAC Advisors and Aerotek Services. The dress code includes steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with occasional shifts on Saturdays, ranging from 8 to 10 hours per day.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
