We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Foodservice Solutions warehouse in Attalla, AL. Available Shift: Sunday-Thursday, Sunday 6:30am-4:30pm & Monday-Thursday, 9:30am-7:30pm, strong need to be flexible based on business needs.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, and coach warehouse associates to meet goals for safety, quality, and productivity.

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate inventory and efficient flow of goods.

• Plan daily workloads, allocate resources, and maintain accurate production and time records.

• Monitor key metrics, track warehouse activities, and report progress to plant leadership.

• Support a culture of safety and teamwork by resolving issues and maintaining open communication.

• Operate and work with material handling equipment as needed.

• Take on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operations.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of leadership experience in warehouse or logistics operations.

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to work in cold storage environments (-20F / -25C) or dry storage (up to 100F / 37C) with company-provided PPE and freezer gear.

• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.

• Flexible and reliable able to work different shifts or weekends if needed.

• Comfortable working in environments with varying noise levels.
