Warehouse Manager
Selectek is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, lead a team of warehouse staff, and ensure materials are picked, staged, and shipped accurately and on time. This role is critical in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting production needs, and enforcing safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and supervise warehouse personnel to meet daily production and shipping goals
- Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations
- Manage inventory levels, cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate stock locations and ensure proper receiving and storage of materials
- Schedule material movements for internal and external processes
- Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures
- Support hiring and training efforts in collaboration with Inventory Control & Logistics Manager
- Replenish stock and maintain shipment schedules
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to increase warehouse efficiency
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience
- 2+ years of propane forklift experience and certification required
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in inventory software and data entry systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively
Preferred:
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and production deadlines
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or logistics environment
- Knowledge of strategic warehouse planning and best practices
Pay Rate:
$65,000
