• End Date: December 27, 2025
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights (18:45–07:15)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week (option for 48 hours/week)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1800–$1840
• Patient Population: Adults
• Electronic Health Record: MediTech
• Support Staff: CNA, LPNs
• Patient Ratio: 1:6

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Iowa RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Mandatory reporter certification (Child and Adult)
• Minimum 1 year recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Clear background checks (criminal and child abuse)
• Drug screening (10-panel including opiates)
• Recent titers (within last 12 months)
• Ability to float to facilities within a 25-mile radius

RN Responsibilities – Med/Surg Telemetry

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions in MediTech EHR
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Float to other nursing units within a 25-mile radius as needed
