Position Summary:

Performs and/or assists the Manager / Supervisor, Facilities with the maintenance, repair, replacement, adjustments and modification of the facility, equipment and the outside grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non- emergency situations while observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duties assigned to best serve the company.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Complete painting, drywall/sheetrock repairs, and carpentry to maintain building appearance.
Install and repair office furniture, fixtures, and new equipment.
Maintain and repair high-speed doors, dock doors, dock plates, door seals, fences, and bollards.
Conduct basic groundskeeping, including debris removal and snow/ice control.
Perform concrete patching and light structural repairs.
Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely.
Carry out light welding and fabrication when necessary.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintain detailed work records.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Physical Expectations

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work throughout the shift.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb ladders for extended periods.
Comfortable working in extreme temperatures (0F to 100F+).
Able to operate forklifts and scissor lifts (training available).
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience

6 - 12 months building maintenance experience in warehouse and / or production environment

Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
