Warehouse Associate – 2nd & 3rd Shift | $20–$21/hr | Forklift + Brillium Test Required

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $20/hr

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $21/hr

Job Overview

We’re hiring reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates for 2nd and 3rd shift positions. This role is essential to maintaining accurate inventory flow and supporting warehouse operations. Candidates must have forklift experience, a high school diploma, and be able to complete a Brillium skills assessment.

What is the Brillium Test?

The Brillium test is a short online assessment used to evaluate your job-related skills and knowledge. It helps ensure you're ready for the role by measuring things like attention to detail, safety awareness, and problem-solving ability. It’s a required step in the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload raw materials, supplies, and equipment from incoming trucks

• Inspect cartons and contents for damage and accuracy

• Verify packing slips and purchase orders

• Perform daily inventory transactions in ERP system

• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies

• Label and deliver materials to appropriate work centers

• Dispose of pallets, dunnage, and cores properly

• Maintain organized receiving documentation

• Coordinate outgoing freight when needed

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently

• Keep work area clean and compliant with safety standards

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (HSD)

• Forklift experience required

• Brillium test required prior to placement

• Ability to lift, move, and organize materials

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
