Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, First Shift 8:00 am-5:00 pm Pay Rate: $21 - $25/hr DOE Location: Seattle, WA

Administrative Assistant Job Duties and Requirements:

• Schedule appointments & provide information to callers.
• Compose memos, transcribe notes, and create presentations.
• Generate reports and manage multiple projects.
• Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
• Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.
