RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

• Work in a fast-paced endoscopy department with 4 procedure rooms
• Handle approximately 20-30 patients through the department each weekday
• Admit patients, circulate and scrub in procedural cases, recover and discharge patients
• Perform procedures including EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, and bronchoscopy
• Work with Olympus scopes and Provation procedural documentation systems
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Weekday and weekend call required for all staff
• Located on 2nd floor of main hospital building
• Work with approximately 25 staff members including RNs, scrub techs, and scope room techs
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must have 2 years of RN experience
• PACU or ICU experience preferred but not required
• Rare floating to other areas
• Must wear hospital-issued scrubs following surgical attire policy
• No visible piercings allowed
• Ideal candidate is a fast-paced multi-tasker, quick learner, comfortable in frequently changing situations, and team-oriented
