What You'll Do

• Assess residents' healthcare needs and oversee daily care.
• Ensure accurate and timely medication administration.
• Keep precise and up-to-date medical records for residents.
• Ensure documentation is completed in a timely and compliant manner.
• Foster communication among the healthcare team, residents, families, and other stakeholders.
• Address concerns from residents or families, working toward effective solutions.
• Enforce infection control protocols and ensure safety measures are met.
• Participate in audits and quality improvement initiatives to meet or exceed healthcare standards.

Work Schedule

• On site 32+ hours per week
• Standard hours: MondayFriday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the State of Michigan.
• One-year previous experience in a residential setting preferred.
• Experience providing medical services in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
