Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and patient education.
• Track progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Support a positive, patient-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license (or eligible).
• Strong clinical skills and communication abilities.
• Experience in outpatient ortho or sports medicine preferred.
• EMR proficiency and commitment to ongoing learning.

Preferred

• Specialty certification (e.g., OCS, SCS).
• Advanced therapy techniques (dry needling, manual therapy, etc.).
• Experience as a Clinical Instructor a plus.
