Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Radiology Technologist with a minimum of 3 years of current X-ray experience for a travel assignment in New York.

Responsibilities

• Work in a radiology department serving a diverse patient population
• Operating room imaging experience is strongly preferred
• Every 4th weekend work commitment is required
• Uses Epic EMR in daily workflow
• Duties include providing general radiography, with operating room support as needed
• Must use Epic for charting and documentation
• No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted
• Facility requires all licenses and certifications to be active and uploaded at time of submission

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years current X-ray technologist experience
• Current NY State Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
• Current ARRT (R) certification required
• Current BLS certification from the AHA required
• Prior travel experience is strongly encouraged
• Operating room imaging experience preferred
• Ability to complete a 14 panel drug screen within 24 hours of offer acceptance
• Must submit a relevant skills checklist from within the past year
• One supervisory signed reference from within the last two years of employment required
