Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train employees effectively.
- Conduct new hire orientation and create tailored training plans for each team member.
- Manage employee schedules and ensure optimal deployment of staff.
- Address performance issues and assist in resolving customer concerns.
- Oversee the restaurant budget and financial plans.
- Lead by example with strong communication and leadership skills.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; College or University Degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Preference for internal promotion from the Assistant General Manager role.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Basic business math and accounting skills along with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Physical capability to perform duties such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. During 80% of your shift.
