Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, estimating, executing, and finalizing construction projects within strict deadlines and budgets. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating team efforts, and managing third-party contractors or consultants to ensure successful project delivery. The Project Manager will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and estimate project timelines and budgets
2. Execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines
3. Coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants
4. Acquire necessary resources for project completion
5. Define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle
6. Manage construction projects ranging from $250k to $5M
7. Perform bidding, estimating, and takeoffs alongside project management duties

Qualifications

• Project Management
• Construction Management
• 5+ years' experience managing construction projects in the $250k$5M range
• Experience bidding, estimating, and performing takeoffs
• Commercial Construction
• Change Order Management
• Experience with Procore, MS Office, and MS Project
• University or college degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience in a project management capacity

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
