Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Dental Hygienist in Rochester, New York! This role is in person/on site. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
Pay:

$40.00 an hour

Responsibilities of the Dental Hygienist:
· Ensures patients feel as comfortable as possible before their examination
· Conducts initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
· Identifies conditions like gingivitis or periodontitis. Cleans and helps protect clients’ teeth (e.g. remove plaque or apply fluoride)
· Educates clients on proper tooth care (by demonstrating, for example, good brushing techniques)
· Gives instructions to clients after dental procedures
· Take X-rays or dental impressions
· Assists Dentists with selecting appropriate treatments for various diseases
· Maintains documentation and charts on each client
· Monitors supply and coordinates re-ordering as needed

Qualifications of the Dental Hygienist:
· Graduate of a recognized dental hygiene school
· Dental Hygienist licensure preferred
· Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines

Pay Details:
