Location: Jersey City, NJ hybrid

Onsite expectation: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Contract Duration: 12-18 months

Rate: up to $65/hr.

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Tech Delivery Lead to drive the successful execution of technology initiatives within a large enterprise financial services environment. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering defined deliverables that span multiple teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and proven experience managing complex technology projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate technology delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication to support project milestones.
• Provide end-to-end visibility into project health, including status updates, risks/issues, and schedules.
• Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations regarding functionality, quality, timeline, and cost.
• Track success metrics and review performance with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Support resource planning and forecasting for project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 57 years of experience in project management, change management, PMO, or similar roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.
• Ability to hold stakeholders accountable and drive progress.
• Experience working on technology projects within large enterprise environments.
