ProLogistix is seeking detail-oriented and organized Inbound and Outbound Warehouse Clerks to support daily operations for our distribution facility in USA Parkway, Nevada. The ideal candidate(s) will have previous experience in warehouse coordination, shipping and receiving, documentation, and data entry. This position plays a vital administrative role in ensuring all warehouse processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently.

*These are 12-hour shifts*

Shift Schedule: AM Shift: 2:30AM-3:00PM | PM Shift: 2:30PM 3:00AM

Group A: Sunday through Tuesday, rotating Wednesdays | Group B: Thursday through Saturday, rotating Wednesdays.

Compensation: $24.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential for PM shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify inbound and outbound shipment documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and delivery receipts.
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory within the warehouse management systems.
• Schedule and coordinate freight pick-ups and deliveries.
• Conduct data entry, label printing, and documentation for inventory movement.
• Generate daily and weekly shipping/receiving and inventory reports.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuing accuracy of all incoming and outgoing orders.
• Verify and record incoming freight, materials, and products.
• Prepare outbound shipments including picking, packing, labeling, and staging freight for delivery.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and on-time shipments.
• Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in shipping and receiving areas.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies during daily operation.

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in warehouse clerical, logistics, or shipping/receiving coordination roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and familiarity with WMS.
• Strong data entry and recordkeeping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with inventory management systems and data entry.
• Experience with logistics coordination or supply chain administration.
• Familiarity with carrier portals and shipping systems.
• Prior experience supporting shipping leads in an administrative capacity.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
