Forklift Operators and Material Handlers

What You’ll Do

Set up and operate production equipment alongside machine operators

Monitor machines to ensure consistent quality and output

Load raw materials and remove finished goods from production lines

Perform routine cleaning and preventative maintenance

Inspect products for defects and report issues

Maintain accurate production records

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

Operate machinery including extruders, laminators, presses, and slitters

Support additional production tasks as needed

What You Bring

Experience in industrial environments and machine operations

Basic computer and math skills

Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work well in a team

Familiarity with hand tools, mechanical skills, and forklift operation

Willingness to learn clamp truck operation (training provided)

A track record of learning and adapting to new technologies

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00/hr.
