The Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Lead projects in the $8M-$15M range, primarily in the public/municipal sector
• Oversee all phases of construction: preconstruction, procurement, execution, and closeout
• Collaborate with field teams, owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Maintain project documentation and reports using Procore and Microsoft Office
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed
• Uphold the company's core values of honesty, commitment, and craftsmanship

The Successful Project Manager will have:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Demonstrated success managing public/municipal projects of $8M+
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a $10M-$15M construction project
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
• Based in or commutable to Foxborough, MA office
• Familiarity with project sites across MA, RI, and CT
