Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our practice. We empower our therapists to focus on what they do best - providing high-quality, one-on-one patient care with no double booking. Our team works in a supportive environment that values clinician wellness, work-life balance, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 patient care in a supportive outpatient clinic
Work with patients aged 16 to 100; pediatric care optional for interested clinicians
Treat 9 to 10 patients per 8-hour day
Be responsible for timely and compliant documentation and appropriate billing practices
Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist License from the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or through the PT Compact Program
Graduate of an accredited university with at least a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
CPR Certification preferred
No additional certifications or experience required beyond listed qualifications
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
