Trillium Construction is currently seeking an experienced Owner's Representative/Project Manager for a client in Albuquerque, NM.

Our client specializes in high-end commercial construction projects with a strong portfolio in the hospitality, resort, senior housing, healthcare, and food and beverage sectors. Annual salary is $95-120k/year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between ownership and project stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.
• Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and contractor coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Provide regular updates and reporting to ownership on project progress, risks, and performance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as an Owner's Rep or Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven experience managing projects in one or more of the following areas: hospitality, healthcare, senior housing, resorts, or food and beverage facilities
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project management principles
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel locally as needed for site visits and meetings
