HSHS St. Elizabeth's is seeking an RN to join its Ministry Float Pool. Registered Nurses (RNs) are incredibly important members of the medical team who have the humbling task of caring for our patients. RNs not only provide high-quality medical care but they also provide a healing touch and a compassionate presence to patients and their families during joyful stressful and uncertain times. RNs in the float pool have the added responsibility of moving to different units when high patient census or other factors require additional assistance in certain departments or units.
Position Specifics

o Department: Ministry Float Pool
o Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours/week, Nights (7pm-7am), weekend rotation
o Facility: St. Elizabeth's Hospital
o Location: O'Fallon, IL

Education Qualifications

Diploma or Associates degree in nursing is required.
Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
Experience Qualifications

1 year of relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in specialty area is preferred.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

Illinois: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
Wisconsin: Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Certification in area of specialty is preferred but, in some cases, may be required to float.

Pay Range: $32.00 - $48.00
A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
