About the Role
Youll work directly with the founding team to build core systems from the ground up. We maintain a low-meeting, high-trust culture, with engineers owning large scopes of work and pushing to production fast. Our stack: Django/Python, React/Next.js/TypeScript, AWS.
What You'll Do
First Week
Ship production code on Day 1
Learn the product, customer, and roadmap
Contribute to product discussions
First Month
Deliver a major feature driving new revenue
Start mentoring peers through code and design reviews
3 Months & Beyond
Scale systems and support new clients
Help hire and mentor new engineers
Qualifications
4+ years of software engineering experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Degree in Computer Science or related field

Hands-on experience with mature Django and React codebases
