We're hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You'll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. Responsibilities:

• Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately
• Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends and on-call shifts, as required

Education/Experience: HS Diploma or equivalent required. Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift.

Compensation: Base Pay Range: $22/hr and up DOE

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed. This role has been designated by the company as Safety Sensitive.
