Key Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for current and prospective customers in the FASTSIGNS Center
Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished products
Communicate with customers via phone, email, in-person visits, and on-site at their businesses
Participate in daily team meetings and support execution of business and marketing plans
Foster long-term customer relationships by converting prospects into loyal clients
Provide excellent service by listening, problem-solving, and offering effective solutions

Qualifications

2–3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Outgoing, responsive, eager to learn, and relationship-driven
Strong listening, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods (4+ hours)
Capable of working under pressure while producing high-volume, high-quality work
