Our General Managers play a key role in both pre-sale and daily operations, ensuring new locations launch with strong memberships, high energy, and a thriving culture! The responsibilities will transition once the club grand opens.

What You'll Do as a General Manager (Pre-Sale & Open Club):

• Pre-Sale & Grand Opening Execution Lead the charge in launching new Crunch locations by driving memberships, community outreach, and pre-sale events.
• Sales Leadership Build, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to hit aggressive membership goals.
• Team Development Recruit, hire, and develop a top-tier staff that thrives on customer service, sales, and fitness culture.
• Community Engagement & Brand Representation Create buzz around Crunch by networking, forming partnerships, and making Crunch the go-to gym in town.
• Operational Excellence Oversee daily club operations, ensuring top-notch cleanliness, service, and execution of company policies.
• Performance & KPI Management Track and analyze key metrics to optimize sales, team productivity, and financial performance.
• Lead by Example Set the standard for energy, professionalism, and success.

• Proven Leadership & Sales Experience A track record of successfully managing teams and exceeding sales targets in fitness or a comparable industry.

Prior management experience in the fitness industry or a comparable field is REQUIRED No Exceptions!
