Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position in North Carolina requiring a compact or NC RN license and two years of perioperative experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital-based Operating Room setting
- Day shift schedule from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Assignment duration is 13 weeks
- Provide perioperative nursing care and support during surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons and OR team members
- First-time travelers will be considered
- Specific dress code details will be provided during orientation
Requirements
- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Minimum of two years of Operating Room RN experience
- BLS certification required (RQI not accepted)
- Candidate’s permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility
- Must not have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
- Cannot be employed full time elsewhere during assignment
- Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
- COVID vaccination card required
