Position Overview:
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for consistently upholding quality and timeliness standards in cleaning resort property units while aligning with the company’s mission and values.

Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and excellence
Strip units of soiled linens
Dispose of trash from units
Thoroughly clean units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
Report units as vacant and ready for inspection
Notify management of maintenance issues as per company procedures
Track damaged or soiled carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens
Report inventory shortages and missing supplies to Supervisor
Perform weekly guest services cleans as instructed
Assist in keeping storage closets clean and organized
Attend all training sessions and apply practical knowledge gained
Foster a safe working environment
Address guest complaints promptly and effectively
Exhibit a strong sense of urgency to ensure timely unit turnovers
Complete other assigned responsibilities as needed

Experience and Education Requirements:
Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not mandatory
Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodations)
Decision-making skills
Planning and scheduling abilities
Ability to read, write, and perform basic math tasks
Dependable and punctual with assignments
A passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to work irregular hours
Occasional travel may be required
