Unit: ICU – 10 beds | Adults | Ratios 1:3 | Equipment: Mindray | EHR: MediTechShift: 7a–7p, 3x12 (36 hrs/wk), weekends as scheduledExperience: 1–2 yrs ICU (COPD, chest pain, cardiac drips)Certs: BLS, ACLSOnboarding:Iowa SING BG (criminal + child abuse) – no exceptionsFull BG checks (no instant/statewide searches)Mandatory reporter cert (Child & Adult)10-panel drug screen incl. opiatesTiters within 12 monthsMonday/Tuesday starts allowedOther: Scrubs – any color | Float as needed | Supervisor: Carol Storto
