Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals and client expectations.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of work.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction codes.

Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

The Successful Applicant

A Project Manager should have:
