*** Emergency Department RN Days/Eves/Nights Rotate & EOW 36hrs. ***1. Unit Name: Emergency Department.2. Brief Unit Description: 65-Bed Emergency Department, pod-based, with separate pediatric pod and separate Acute Mental Health area. 3. Years of Experience Required: 2 years Emergency Nursing experience. 4. Skill Sets Required: General ED nursing skills including but not limited to: Assessment, documentation, IV, phlebotomy, EKG, Cardiac Monitoring, point of care testing, splinting, critical thinking and patient education.5. Clinician to Patient Ratio: 1:4.6. Patient Population: All. 7. Bed Count: 65.8. Census: 230 visits/day.9. EMR (Charting System): EPIC ASAP.10. Floating Required: Yes.11. Rotating Shifts Required: Yes, for Day Rotate (7a-7p, 11a-11p, & 7p-7a) when requested. Rotation frequency: Low. Night position does not rotate.12. Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (preferred).13. Additional Information: TNCC strongly preferred.
