*11/11 ONLY START DATE AVAILABLE*** THIS POSITION WILL FLOAT BETWEEN ICU & ER - THEY NEED EXPERIENCE IN BOTH AREAS TO BE CONSIDERED First to Float – Will be expected to float to sister facilities as well as the MedSurg unit at Woodland, as needed- Unit: ICU

Candidates may not have been directly employed (full time, part time, or PRN) by any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity within the past year. Candidates who were employed PRN through outside firms will be considered.

***PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE, THE DYS EXAM THROUGH Relias IS REQUIRED ALONG WITH ACCEPTANCE. MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 24-48 HRS. IT’S PASS OR FAIL AND THEY GET 2 ATTEMPTS (TEST A SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FIRST, TEST B SHOULD BE ASSIGNED FOR THE RETAKE). A SCREENSHOT SHOWING THE NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS IS REQUIRED. **We can accept the Relias Dys exam within the last 12mo if the traveler has previously taken**If your traveler fails the 2nd attempt, they will be made DNU for CommonSpirit AZ and Sac
